Baltimore collaborative duo, DUOX, and their Museum of Modern Twink written up in V magazine
Recent MICA graduates Dan Wickerham and Malcolm Lomax have been working collaboratively under the name "DUOX" on their exhibition MoMT (Museum of Modern Twink) at the GLCCB on West Chase Street. V magazine interviews Dan Wickerham on the show: Bored with the art establishment and with gay pride culture, the artist group DUOX (comprised of Dan Wickerham and Malcolm Lorax), decided to put together an exhibit about the art establishment…an exhibit that coincides with Baltimore pride. Opening Friday , June 18th, MoMT confronts art goers and Justin Bieber fanatics as one, presenting them with “The Museum of Modern Twink.” Set in an old GLBT Bookstore, the show seeks to portray an anachronistic non-linearity.
